Who we are

CarePing is run by Pytron, which is responsible for your data. Write to [email protected] for any privacy request.

What we store

Your name, email and phone; the people you add and the details you choose to enter (contacts, reminders, health basics, documents); and a log of reminders, replies, check-ins, SOS and Pass scans.

Who sees it

Only the guardians in your family. People who scan a Pass see only what that Pass mode shows. Doctor mode needs your approval. Documents are private unless you add them to a Pass.

Location

We don't track anyone. Location is shared only when someone presses SOS, or when the person scanning a Pass allows their browser to share it.

Services we use

WhatsApp (Meta) to deliver messages, an email provider for emails, and our hosting provider to run CarePing. We don't sell your data and don't show ads.

How long we keep it

Message logs are deleted after 7 days, reminder history after 30 days and activity after 180 days. Removing a person deletes their details and documents.

Your choices

You can edit or delete people and documents at any time. To delete your whole account, email us.
