Who we are

CarePing is a product by Pytron. In these terms, "we" means Pytron. Contact: [email protected].

What CarePing is

CarePing sends reminders and check-ins, alerts the people you choose, and shows emergency information you add to a CarePing Pass.

What CarePing is not

CarePing is not an emergency service and does not give medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Messages can be delayed or fail because of phone networks, WhatsApp, email providers or the internet, so don't rely on CarePing as the only way to look after someone.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for the people you add: only add someone who agrees, and only send WhatsApp messages to people who agreed to receive them.

Plans and payment

The free trial lasts 7 days. After that, reminders, check-ins, SOS and messages pause until you choose a paid plan; your data is kept and the Emergency Pass keeps working. Paid plans renew for the period you chose. You can stop at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Fair use

Don't use CarePing to spam, harass or track anyone without their consent. We may close accounts that do.
