Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial
Every new family gets 7 days free with every feature. No card is needed and nothing is charged during the trial.
How payments work
Each payment buys one month or one year of a plan. Payments do not renew automatically: we email you before your plan runs out, and you choose whether to pay again. There are no hidden charges.
Payments from India are processed by Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) in Indian rupees. Payments from outside India are processed by PayPal in US dollars. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Cancelling
You can stop at any time by simply not renewing. You keep every feature until the end of the period you paid for. After that, reminders, check-ins and SOS pause, your data is kept, and the Emergency Pass keeps working. To delete your account and data, write to [email protected].
Refunds
- 7-day money-back: if you're not happy, ask within 7 days of a payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
- Charged twice, or charged but the plan didn't start: we refund the extra payment in full, whenever you tell us.
- After 7 days, a payment is not refundable, but you keep using Heartnod until the end of the paid period.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] from your account email, with the date and amount (or the payment reference shown after paying). We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the same card, UPI or bank account; banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them.
