Why we built it

Most help for ageing parents is either a plain reminder app that nobody checks, or a care-manager service that costs a lot and starts with a call-back form. Between the two, most families just worry and phone every evening. OkayFolk fills that gap: reminders that wait for an answer, a daily "I'm okay", a QR Pass for emergencies, SOS and Scam Shield, set up by you in minutes, with no app for your parent to install.
